Manufacturers may change specifications, packaging, components, appearance, documentation, or model details without notice. Product images may be representative.
Mini-Split Compatibility
Indoor units, outdoor units, condensers, controls, and accessories are not universally interchangeable. The customer is responsible for confirming that equipment is properly matched for model, capacity, voltage, refrigerant, number of zones, application, and manufacturer requirements before purchase and installation.
Professional Installation
Mini-split HVAC equipment may involve high voltage electricity, pressurized refrigerant, condensate drainage, structural mounting, and other work requiring specialized knowledge. Installation must comply with manufacturer instructions and applicable codes, laws, licensing requirements, and refrigerant regulations. MiniSplitPlus.com does not assume responsibility for improper installation, setup, sizing, commissioning, or service.
Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order because of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, shipping limitations, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons. If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Pricing & Taxes
Prices may change without notice. Applicable sales or use taxes and taxable shipping charges will be collected where required by law. Customers remain responsible for taxes not collected at checkout when required by their jurisdiction.
Shipping & Delivery

Carrier redelivery, storage, reconsignment, address correction, return freight, or other accessorial charges caused by customer action or inaction are the customer’s responsibility.
